CANON · owner-only (../DECISIONS.md D-004). Amended where a ruling touched
it; each amendment is marked Amended D-0xx , and the v0.2 text is in
../archive/UNIVERSE_BIBLE_v0.2.md. Version 0.3 (2026-09-27, D-289–D-310)
records the owner's lore rounds; the five realms and the climbers (§25, §39)
were added on 2026-09-29 (D-359–D-366). It makes this file the world bible: the
Tower, the world outside, people, factions, belief, the town, the language of the
world and the mysteries. Gameplay rules are GAMEPLAY.md; rendering rules,
including the image-generation grammar that used to live here, are VISUAL.md.
Section numbers are stable. Other documents cite them, so a section that moved leaves a pointer under its old number (§16–§18, §20–§22), and the sections added in v0.3 follow §23.
Purpose: stable foundation for worldbuilding, event prose, names, flavour text, AI-generated art and implementation.
