Middle floors may contain sunlight, water, aqueducts, waterfalls, moss, vines and restrained vegetation. Sunlight primarily enters because the Tower has been damaged. The Tower should still feel like an interior; large surviving structures frame catastrophic breaches. Do not automatically turn middle floors into open fantasy cities.
